To promote the construction of various degree training bases and strive to pass the degree point authorization review with high quality by 2026, my school held a discussion meeting on the construction of the international business degree training base on the morning of October 23. At the meeting, the international business degree training base reported in detail the basic situation of the "Wenzhou University of Technology International Business Master's Degree Point Construction Plan (2023-2025)" from three aspects: main tasks, task decomposition and current difficulties. The participants had in-depth discussions on the contents such as discipline orientation, talent introduction, platform construction, achievement cultivation, resource integration and task implementation, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions.

Zhou Wenlong emphasized four issues: First, the issue of people. We need to consider indicators and talent quality synchronously. We not only meet the review conditions of indicators but also have vitality and potential for future development; Second, the space issue. Use what can be used and use professional qualities to coordinate, evaluate and utilize campus space; Third, the resource issue. We need to further activate and integrate resources; Fourth, the incentive issue. Each unit should use people and money well. The school will soon have a new performance reform plan to support it. He required taking an overall view from the perspective of the whole school to coordinate the application work, anchor the target, make up for what is lacking; know how to leverage and gather applicable and usable resources to support the construction and development of this degree point.

Qian Qiang pointed out that after the school held a conference on the establishment of the "Three-Year Action Plan" for the construction of master's degree granting units, it is necessary to provide targeted guidance for the construction of various degree training bases; The careful sorting out, clarification of foundations, identification of gaps and making up of shortcomings by the School of Management is commendable. He emphasized that applying for the master's degree is something Wenzhou University of Technology must do. In the process of application work, we must always remember to lead with party building. Whether it is application work, undergraduate teaching quality evaluation, education power integration of industry and education, we must put political construction in the first place and emphasize ideological and political leadership. We must remember to develop with characteristics and reflect the timeliness and forward-looking nature of "international business", take root in the present, dock with major national development strategies such as the "Belt and Road Initiative" and "Rural Revitalization" in Wenzhou's vivid practice, and plan ahead to innovate development ideas and consolidate development directions. We must remember to promote in an orderly manner. The whole school should work together, the school level should improve organizational mechanisms and working mechanisms, clarify responsibilities and coordinate and cooperate, the college level should strengthen task decomposition and responsibility implementation, plug holes and make up shortcomings, and ensure the smooth completion of application work goals.
